📦 Physical Shipping

We may ship certain essential documents such as:

  • University admission letters (if not emailed)

  • Transcripts and sealed documents (on request)

  • Visa-related documents or hard copies

  • Certified translations or notarized copies

Shipping Details:

  • Shipping Partner: We use reliable courier services like DHL, FedEx, DTDC, or India Post for domestic and international delivery.

  • Dispatch Time: Within 3–5 working days after document processing.

  • Delivery Time: Depends on the destination – usually 5–10 working days for domestic, and 7–15 working days for international addresses.

  • Shipping Charges: To be borne by the student unless otherwise mentioned. Charges vary based on location and courier provider.

All digital services and deliverables are provided via email, cloud storage links, or through our secure online portals. These include:

  • SOP/LOR/CV Writing and Editing

  • University Application Submission

  • Coaching Materials for IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, etc.

  • Online Counseling and Strategy Reports

  • Visa Checklist & Documentation Support

Delivery Time for Digital Services:

  • Typically within 2 to 7 working days, depending on the service.
