Nagpur, February 12, 2025 — Umathe College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Nagpur,invited Study Abroad Life team and Study Abroad Life successfully organized seminar on global education and demand. Over 100 participants attended the seminar and collected the details of overseas education.
The seminar aimed to guide undergraduate and postgraduate students in navigating the various pathways available for pursuing higher studies, both within the country and internationally. With a focus on academic excellence, career growth, and global exposure, the event provided a comprehensive overview of entrance exams, scholarships, university selection, and application processes.
The team members Mrs. Shreya Bhendarkar, Director of study abroad Life, Sonali Umredkar Senior Counsellor, Mr. Chetan Dawane and Mr. Ankit Pagade addressed the gathering, sharing their expertise on topics such as:
- Postgraduate opportunities in Engineering and Management
- Study abroad options: USA, UK, Canada, Germany, and Australia
- Preparation for GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, and GATE
- Scholarship and funding opportunities
- Visa and admission procedures
The Principal inaugurated the seminar and highlighted the importance of higher education in shaping a student’s future. “At Umathe College, we are committed to empowering our students with the knowledge and resources they need to excel in their academic and professional journeys,” he said.
The seminar concluded with an engaging Q&A session where students received personalized advice from Sonali mam. Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing appreciation for the clarity and direction provided during the session.
The event was coordinated by the college’s Training & Placement Cell under the guidance of faculty members and student volunteers.
