   • The referred student must apply for admission to a university or institution through Study Abroad Life and successfully obtain a student visa.
2. Referral Process
   • The referrer must provide accurate details of the referred student, including their name, contact details, and intended country of study.
   • Referrals must be submitted through the official Study Abroad Life referral form or an authorized mode of communication.
3. Referral Reward
   • The referrer will be eligible to win a laptop only if the referred student secures admission to an overseas institution and successfully obtains a visa.
   • The reward details and distribution process will be communicated to the referrer upon successful completion of the referral process.
4. Reward Conditions
   • The laptop reward will be provided only after the referred student has completed all necessary documentation and fee payments to the institution.
   • The distribution of the reward will be done within a specified period after visa approval and confirmation of the student’s enrollment.
   • Any taxes or deductions applicable as per government regulations will be the responsibility of the referrer.
5. Multiple Referrals
   • A referrer can refer multiple students, and a laptop reward will be provided for each successful referral.
   • If multiple referrers claim the same student, Study Abroad Life will consider the first verified referral received.
6. Disqualification & Fraud Prevention
   • Any attempt to submit false referrals or engage in fraudulent activities will result in immediate disqualification.
   • Study Abroad Life reserves the right to verify referral details and reject any claims that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
7. Scheme Validity & Changes
   • Study Abroad Life reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
   • Any changes to the referral terms will be updated on the official Study Abroad Life website or communicated through official channels.
8. Legal Compliance
   • The referral scheme is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
   • Disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Study Abroad Life operates.
