At Study Abroad Life, we strive to offer transparent and efficient services to help students achieve their international education dreams. However, it is important for our clients to understand and agree to our Cancellation and Refund Policy before making any payments.

❌ Non-Refundable Services

Please note that fees once paid are non-refundable under any of the following services:

  • Application Processing Fees

  • University Admission Fees (charged by institutions)

  • Visa Processing Assistance Charges

  • Counselling and Consultation Fees

  • IELTS/PTE/TOEFL/Duolingo Coaching Fees

  • Documentation Support (SOP/LOR/CV/Translation services, etc.)

  • Courier, Notarization, and Apostille Expenses

  • Embassy/Consulate Fees

  • Any third-party service charges incurred on your behalf

Once a payment is made towards any of the above services, no refund will be entertained, regardless of the outcome (rejection, withdrawal, or change of decision).

🔄 Cancellations

If you wish to discontinue our services after registering, you must formally notify us in writing. However, this does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid.

We strongly advise all students and parents to review service details carefully and ensure they are 100% committed before making any payments. Payments are made for time, effort, and professional services rendered and not for outcomes.
